Custom AI projects start at €3,000 excluding tax—the minimum amount for Luxembourg SME Packages.
InLuxembourg, the government finances between 50% and 100% of your project depending on the scheme chosen—for example, 50% for an AI diagnosis with Fit 4 AI, up to 70% assistance with the SME AI Package, or a fully covered digital diagnosis with Fit 4 Digital. A total of four public programs are available to Luxembourg SMEs.
In the Grand Est region, the Region co-finances your project up to 40% with Primo AI (up to €20,000 excluding tax) or 50% for a Data/AI diagnosis with the Digital Module (up to €10,000 excluding tax).Eligibility conditions vary depending on your sector of activity, size, and location. Luxembourg offers four government programs accessible to SMEs and medium-sized enterprises:

- SME Digital Package — 70% funded on a basis of €25,000 excluding VAT, i.e. up to €17,500 excluding VAT in aid for your digital transformation
- Fit 4 AI — 50% financed on a basis of €50,000 excluding VAT (SMEs) or €100,000 excluding VAT (medium-sized enterprises), i.e. up to €25,000 or €50,000 excluding VAT in aid for your AI project
- SME AI Package — 70% funded on a basis of €25,000 excluding tax, i.e. up to €17,500 excluding tax in aid to integrate AI into your processes
